Stephan Nuesser is the new product specialist for CTI
With Stephan Nuesser Össur won an experienced specialist as an CTI expert, who is available for all questions for the lasting stabilization of the knee joint. Stephan has many years of experience as a rider in Motocross and BMX as well as a coach and trainer for national and international MX rider's. The sport scientist is for more than 10 years active in the range of performance test and training control - particularly for Motocross and motorcycle racing, BMX and MTB Downhill. With this background and experience he will be the contact person for athletes for CTI knee braces and will be attending Motocross, Enduro, BMX and MTB Downhill meetings to offer CTI service and information. The CTI knee brace is considered as one of the safe and highest performance High Tech solutions for highest requirements in sport.

Gautier Paulin
Gautier Paulin wrapped up his final preparation before the first Grand Prix in Bulgaria coming weekend. During the final training camp with SNDC we were able to do some final adjustment of Gautier's fitness and riding performance. We wish Gautier all the best for the start of the season.
Sports medical check

ortly before the start of the season you should consider a sports medical check up. In particular, a sport-specific blood test gives valid information if all relevant blood parameters are within the optimal range. Often, deficiencies such as they occur with iron or magnesium, are the reason for performance deficits and fatigue. Only a sports medical check up can give you reliable information about your current health and performance status. Paul Cooper
The South African Paul Cooper was recently for a visit in Europe and gave thereby an interview for the English MOTO Magazine. During the interview he gave a review about his career and his experiences as a professional athlete in the MX sport. Olympic centre Brandenburg
SNDC will start a new cooperation this season as sport-scientific advisor and consultant with the German olympic centre Brandenburg. SNDC will support the BMX team at the olympic centre in Cottbus during the training process as well as with specific performance test in the laboratory and on the BMX track in Cottbus.
SNDC trainings workshop in January 2011
The new racing season is coming up quick again and you should use the remaining weeks for an optimal physical preparation. Particularly the fitness should be in focus right now to be able to start with a top performance into the new season. To optimize your preparations to the new racing season, SNDC organizes a two-day trainings workshop at the sport school in Hennef (near Cologne). The main goal of the Workshop is that it gives the participants detailed and particularly practically orientated guidance for your future physical training. Contents are for example individual strength training with individual exercise guidance, endurance training (run, swimming, MTB), flexibility and coordination exercises. Besides practice also theoretical bases will be a component of the meeting such as trainings structure and nutrition. The contents of the Workshops are particularly for the requirements in MX, Road racing and BMX. The number of participants is limited on 10 persons. Date: 22./23.1.2010. Price: 250€ (incl. lunch). Gautier Paulin with SNDC

Yamaha Monster Energy pilot Gautier Paulin starts his season preparation in close cooperation with SNDC. After the first performance tests in the SNDC laboratory in Burscheid the first training camp took already place in the south of France. Besides the specific training in the Gym also the endurance training was in the main focus. In the next weeks we will inform you regularly about the world championship preparation of Gautier.
SNDC at ADAC Stiftung Sport
The ADAC Stiftung Sport is constantly "in motion", in order to accompany the career of supported motorsport talents. Now the topic Fitness received a new weighting. In the future there is not only the physical condition, but also the mental fitness in the focus. On invitation of the ADAC Stiftung Sport well known motorsport experts, also SNDC, met to a Workshop in Munich. Under the direction of the sport psychologist Dieter Hackfort the experts developed new test procedures for the selection and promotion of future talents.
BMX elite at SNDC

The BMX elite riders Luis Brethauer, Thorsten Lindenmeyer and Maik Baier were recently in the performance diagnostics laboratory of SNDC in Burscheid. The three members of the national BDR team convinced themselves thereby of the new developed BMX test and were impressed of the new, innovative results. Luis, Thorsten and Maik take home some new recommendations for their training and the results of the analysis will be used immediately for the preparation of the up coming season.
SNDC Tip
After the season is before the season. For an efficient preparation of the up coming season there is not much time left. Remember „a summer athlete is made in the winter ". Use the winter time efficient to work on your „weaknesses "and, in the same way, to improve your strong points. The next spring comes faster than you think and then the first races are starting already again. Neugebauer 2nd in the ADAC Masters Series

SNDC athlete Filip Neugebauer finished in an outstanding 2nd place in the final standings of the ADAC Masters 2010. Beside that great result in the ADAC Masters and some very good results in the Motocross World championship. Filip also could book the DM Open title to his credits. SNDC congratulates Filip for the successful season 2010.
