SNDC is developing a performance test for BMX racing
SNDC has been busy during the winter to develop a BMX specific performance test. The main aspects of this new developed test are the power output at the start as well as the determination of the individual anaerobic performance capacity. The anaerobic capacity plays with BMX a crucial role. A special feature is also the riding position that is taken into account with this specific performance test. This is to make sure that the measurements are as real as during a normal BMX heat. German champion Dominik Gladen has been involved and did a test recently to fine tune his training for the new season.
