Preparation

When taking the performance test please take note of the following:

  • no training on the test day and the day before
  • sufficient fluid intake (water) on the test day
  • no rich carbohydrate food/beverages 2h before the investigation!!

Please bring along:

  • short sport clothes (run /bike)
  • cycling shoes and own pedal system
  • existing test results
  • Shower facilities exist
