My Work Approach
SNDC is specialized in the performance diagnostics in Motocross- and Motorcycle racing as well as BMX and MTB Downhill. With current sport specific Know-How SNDC uses and develops the individual potential so that you are able to achieve your personal goals optimally. My experience in the professional sports of Motocross and BMX, as well as 10 years of experience in performance diagnostic and coaching in Motocross and BMX distinguishes my work. This expertise as well as the current possibilities of sport science offers a Motocross and BMX specific training control and optimized performance diagnostic.
Each athlete has individual physical conditions and reacts differently to stress in training and competition.
The crucial factors of sporting efficiency in Motocross, BMX and MTB Downhill are extremely various and complex, just as the individual premises of the athlete. On the basis of our investigations and test procedures, as well as our Know-How, we develop an individual training program, which focuses on the optimal achievement and development, under consideration of the personal premises and basic conditions. Additionally a professional team of the sport medical profession, therapists, psychologists and nutritionist complete our authority in the different fields of sport. In our sport-scientific work we consider not only approved methods of the sport and training science but also integrate the newest scientific realizations. Beyond that, we are constantly involved in research projects in order to be on the cutting edge of current scientific results in the field of Motocross, BMX and MTB Downhill. These research results give us the possibility of creating efficient strategies for our athletes and also to develop new strategies in performance diagnostics and training control.
